Application for a Test Hole Permit

A Test Hole Permit is used for drilling one or more testholes on a single parcel of land and is valid for 90 days from the approved date. Staff will review this application and if administratively complete, forward the approved Test Hole Permit to the Drilling Contractor shown on this application.

    About MGCD

    The District was created in 1985 by the 69th Texas Legislature (HB1148) with the local confirmation election being held in November 1986.

    Board of directors

    MGCD is governed by a Board of eight elected Directors. Each Director represents a Precinct as shown on the map below.
